ZSMU delegation in Wroclaw Medical University in Poland

At the end of January the delegation of ZSMU consisting of Rector Kolesnyk Yu. M., Pro-rector for scientific work Tumanskii V. O. and Pro-rector for scientific-pedagogic work and international relations Avramenko M.O. visited Wroclaw Medical University in Poland.

The delegation met with Rector of Wroclaw Medical University Marek Zietek, the Pro-rectors Jacek Szepietowski, Michal Jelen, Zygmunt Grzebieniak and other authorities of the university.

During the visit the parties discussed the issues of mutual interest, in particular, the adoption of joint research program and exchange of professors and post-graduate students.

The members of ZSMU delegation were awarded with the medals of Wroclaw Medical University for the achievements in the development of cooperation between two universities in science and medical education.

The representatives of ZSMU visited the University Clinics and the Pharmaceutical complex in Wroclaw and got acquainted with their research, diagnostic and therapeutic equipment and new high-quality research methods.

As a result of the visit, the program of scientific cooperation for 2013 between two institutions was adopted. It provides the visits of ZSMU professors and advanced training of young scientists in Wroclaw Medical University as well as the participation in joint international conferences and symposiums.
