Summer Practice Abroad

Dear students!

For your convenience we prepared some usefull information and list of required documents.

• Firstly, before choosing HEI, where you want to do your summer practical training, find more information about features of the country and place, travelling (visa, transfer) and stay (accomodation, nutrition). You may also read the competition terms (in Ukrainian).
• Secondly, fill the form, indicating preferential HEI from the list, which will be regarded during a selection process (if you choose several options). Verify the information you entered, especially phone number and email.
• Thirdly, provide all the required documents to the International Relations Department (see below).
  ATTENTION! Due to the quarantine are to be submitted online (via email with topic "Documents for Summer Practice"; see contacts below).

  Obligatory documents:

  • Certificate of English language proficiency, if any (IELTS, TOEFL, SMRT, etc.). You can also get a certificate by passing the exam at the Department of Foreign Languages of ZSMPhU. Register for the exam now.

    NB: Students from English speaking countries may not require the certificate, yet without it the level will be B2 only.
  • Curriculum vitae in English, free form. You can use the following link, if needed: http://europass.cedefop.europa.eu/
  • Motivation letter in English, free form (up to 1800 characters including spaces). Include the purpose of the trip, expected results, etc.
  • Copy of the first page of the passport.

  Additional documents (if any):

  • Copies of certificates of knowledge of other foreign languages, participation in conferences; scientific theses, articles; letter of recommendation (letter of request from the supervisor, dean; free form, language — optional).
