Sumy Medical Rally 2017 held on May 31 — June 2, 2017

Scientific conference "Emergency Medical Care" was held in Sumy on May 31 — June 2, 2017. The Activity of disaster medicine service in Donbas war territory and All-Ukrainian competition of emergency team with international participants "Sumy Medical Rally 2017". More than 40 teams from Ukraine and abroad took part in the competition.

The team of Zaporizhzhia State Medical and Pharmacy University consists of sixth-year students of the Medical Faculty No. 1 and Medical Faculty No. 2 Batsenko E.G., Mudrevskyy Ya.P., Shestakov M.V under the guidance of Liovkina O.A., who is Assistant of the Department of Medical Catastrophes, Military Medicine, Anesthesiology and Intensive Care.

The competition consisted of many interesting and fascinating tasks as an emergency medical treatment for patients with multiple trauma, major bleeding arrest, pneumocardial resurrection for newborns, emergency medical services to women in labor with hypotonic bleeding, triage in an emergency. Our team stood the test and won second place in RTI.
