List of documents for conclusion of сontracts for foreign citizens training
According to the provisions of the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1541 of 1.11.2013 "Some issues concerning the recruitment and training (internship) of foreigners and stateless persons" for conclusion of contracts for foreign citizens training the legal firms should submit the following documents:
1. A copy of the constituent (foundation) documents (constituent act, statute, constituent agreement, provisions, etc.) of the legal entity for relevant activity giving the right to enroll students for training (for Ukrainian and foreign legal entities and companies);
2. A copy of the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and individuals-entrepreneurs (for Ukrainian legal entities and companies only);
3. A copy of the passport and registration number of the taxpayer's registration card (for individuals-entrepreneurs only);
4. A copy of the document confirming the registration of the legal entity in the country of its location, legalized in the established order (for foreign legal entities and companies only);
5. A copy of the document confirming the authority of non-resident to act on behalf of the resident (for example, to conclude a Contract on behalf of non-resident), which leads to non-resident having civil rights and obligations (for foreign legal entities and companies only);
6. Bank certificate on the availability of accounts (for Ukrainian and foreign legal entities and companies);
7. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and individuals-entrepreneurs (for Ukrainian legal entities and companies only);
8. A copy of appointment order that makes persons responsible for services rendering of service on recruitment of foreigners as candidates for studies and documents certifying the competence of such persons (for Ukrainian and foreign legal entities and companies).
The above-mentioned documents should be duly certified, namely they must be sealed and signed by the director or authorized representative of the company and include the mark "The copy is true" or "According to the original".
