As part of the dermatology lecture series, fourth-year international students (groups 1a and 1v), under the guidance of Associate Professor Oleksandr Volodymyrovych Veretelnyk, a candidate of medical sciences in the Department of Dermatovenereology and Aesthetic Medicine, are conducting clinical case reviews, discussing test assignments, and refining their practical skills. The training takes place on the campus of Zaporizhzhia State Medical and Pharmaceutical University in the city of Berehove, located in the picturesque region of Zakarpattia, where the serenity of a small town is combined with the opportunities for comprehensive health science education and comfortable living.
Such a safe and comfortable environment enables international students of ZSMPhU to obtain high-quality education aligned with European standards, master practical skills, and work with real clinical cases. The combination of a favorable climate, modern learning conditions, and the support of qualified instructors makes Berehove an attractive location for those seeking a competitive education that prepares them for the real career challenges of today.
As part of the educational process, student Manisha Reddy delivered a presentation on “Dyshidrotic Eczema: Clinical Features, Prevention, and Treatment Methods,” and student Gandji Munesh provided a characterization of the main morphological elements of the skin. Through such presentations, students develop the skills of independent clinical case analysis, the ability to make rapid decisions in complex situations, and prepare themselves for real medical practice.
The conclusion of this lecture series involves an examination assessment; therefore, students have time for independent preparation, during which they review the material and get ready for the final evaluation. Should any questions or difficulties arise, they can always turn to their instructors, who are ready to provide support, explanations, and consultations. Such an approach helps cultivate a high level of responsibility, professional competence, and confidence in their own knowledge.
