Representatives of ZSMPhU at the ISAKOS 2025 Orthopaedic Congress

In early June, one of the most prestigious international scientific and practical events in the field of sports traumatology, orthopaedics, arthroscopy, and reconstructive joint surgery—the ISAKOS Congress 2025—took place in Munich (Germany). Specialists from Zaporizhzhia State Medical and Pharmaceutical University attended the event.

The delegation included Professor Maksym Holovakha, Head of the Department of Traumatology and Orthopaedics, as well as department assistants Andrii Bezverkhyi, Stanislav Bondarenko, Yevhen Bilykh, and Vladyslav Chornyi.

The participants of the forum explored cutting-edge scientific developments and clinical solutions in the field of diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal system injuries. The event’s programme featured lectures by leading surgeons from around the world, master classes, practical sessions, and presentations of innovative technologies. Special focus was given to minimally invasive techniques, biomechanical approaches, and modern rehabilitation methods.

The ZSMPhU team gained invaluable experience and motivation for further professional growth. The ISAKOS Congress 2025 served as a powerful stimulus for new achievements and scientific initiatives. Researchers from the department are actively implementing the acquired knowledge into their daily clinical practice, educational process, and research work.
