Scientific Cooperation Between Two Medical and Pharmaceutical Universities

The friendly ties with the Nicolae Testemițanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy of the Republic of Moldova continue to strengthen. A new stage in the implementation of the memorandum of cooperation, signed during the March visit of the ZSMPhU delegation to Chișinău, has been the invitation of Moldovan scholars to join the editorial boards of academic journals published by our university.

During a joint meeting, members of the editorial boards of the Zaporizhzhia Medical Journal, Pathology, Current Issues in Pharmacy and Medicine: Science and Practice, and Modern Medical Technologies familiarized themselves with scientific achievements and research interests of their colleagues, identified areas of cooperation, and unanimously voted to include them in the editorial teams of the respective journals.

Thus, Professor Emil Cheban from the Department of Urology and Surgical Nephrology has been included in the editorial board of the Zaporizhzhia Medical Journal. Professor Yana Chigai, Head of the Department of Mental Health, Medical Psychology, and Psychotherapy, is joining the editorial board of Pathology. Professor Eugen Tkachuk, Head of the Gastroenterology Discipline, has been included in the editorial board of Modern Medical Technologies. The editorial board of Current Issues in Pharmacy and Medicine: Science and Practice will be joined by Professor Stella Adaudji, Head of the Department of Social Pharmacy.
