Bulgarian Final-Year Students Are Defending Master’s Theses
Final-year students from the Republic of Bulgaria, studying under an individual schedule at the International Faculty in the specialty "Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy," have begun the third stage of their final attestation— the defense of their master’s theses.
Associate Professor Volodymyr Salionov, Deputy Dean of the International Faculty, said that all 63 students successfully passed the Objective Structured Practical Examination (OSPE) and are simultaneously taking the KROK 2 exam abroad alongside their thesis defense.
The defenses are conducted remotely, with full visualization, in the presence of members of the attestation commission headed by Professor Liudmyla Kucherenko, Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical, Organic, and Bioorganic Chemistry.
All master’s theses were completed on time, submitted to the commission with a full set of required documents, and passed all stages of review, as confirmed by their supervisors’ evaluations. The students prepared their research under the guidance of professors and associate professors from the university’s specialized pharmaceutical departments.
The scientific supervisors emphasized the relevance of the chosen topics, which include research on biologically active substances, management and marketing in pharmacy, standardization, development of new pharmaceutical dosage forms, and other areas within the specialty "Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy."
