All-Ukrainian conference of traumatologists

A significant event took place in the life of the orthopedic and traumatology community of the Zaporizhzhia region on May 17, 2024. The All-Ukrainian scientific and practical conference "Current issues of modern traumatology and orthopedics" was held for the first time since the beginning of the war. The Ukrainian Association of Orthopedics and Traumatology, the Zaporizhzhia State Medical and Pharmaceutical University, and the Zaporizhzhia Regional Association of Orthopedics and Traumatology are organizers of the conference.

Leading specialists of the State University "The Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics” by NAMS of Ukraine (Kyiv), the State University Sytenko Institute of Spine and Joint Pathology National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine(Kharkiv), D. F. Chebotarev Institute of Gerontology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine(Kyiv), Dnipro State Medical University (Dnipro), Main Military Medical Clinical Center of the State Border Service of Ukraine (Kyiv ), Zaporizhia State Medical and Pharmaceutical University, Zaporizhia Military Hospital and other institutions of Ukraine made reports at the conference.

The conference was held in a mixed format, and it was attended not only by orthopedic traumatologists but also by specialists of other specialties who are involved in assisting the wounded and victims of hostilities.
